So while doing some last minute shopping over the weekend I found the greatest gift of every model-in-the-making. My reaction was a combination of disgust, then I gave into the fabulousity of this. It is obviously teaching young children the worth of fashion and extreme consumerism, but hey, its fucking fabulous! I wish I could have had one as a kid, in fact I did contemplate if it would be plausible as a gift to myself.
But if I can’t be a miniature fashion icon in my own bedroom, I suppose getting a gift of 30 dollars (in pennies) for Christmas isn’t too bad. Wait?! In pennies?! Yes, that is what I said. Weighing in at a bit over 15 pounds, this was a bit more of a pain to get home than the $50 in cleverly oragamied single dollar bills I got last year. Though when I went to buy a dvd, I felt a little dirty hand the cashier my money in singles. Something told me he didn’t believe my line about getting them as a Christmas gift. In case you have ever been curious what $30 of pennies looks like. . . . .
